SHIPPING

 We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over US$75, after all discounts applied.

 Additional Information

Please note that shipping time does not include a processing period. All of the Items in our store are handmade and can take  of  up to 14 business days to make and ship after we receive your payment.

 Please expect a delay in deliveries due to the package volume spike during peak seasons, customs-related issues, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays and inaccurate shipping information. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

Restrictions

There may be restrictions based on the amount of information provided to the carrier, so please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number/contact number/consignee's name and/or special instructions if need be.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking number. You could then track your order  by the order number and email address. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
